What are and are not the qualities of home, broken homes, homesickness, prayer for the homeless both in the US and in Europe, safety in the home, loss of home and loved ones, inability to afford or to find a home are among the topics covered by this wide-ranging chat. In response to a question on how to see prosperity in the current economy, Fenella recommends recognizing that “we live in the flow of divine Love’s abundance” and speaks of a spiritual—as distinct from a material—sense of prosperity.

International issues addressed include homelessness brought on by recent natural disasters in places such as Indonesia, India, and the Philippines, and how to pray for people whose homes are so intolerable that they are drawn into the clutches of “people traffickers” who enslave them. Fenella says of prayer for others, “I feel that our prayer for our brothers and sisters, who are in need in wider parts of the world, is deep and it’s sincere and it comes with all our love. If we are turning to God for assurance of His love and comfort and unchanging goodness, this has to be true for every single individual on the face of the earth.”
