A spiritual approach to leadership

Today’s national and international leaders face combined challenges with a complexity that seems hard to match in recent history. Financial crises, job shortages, continuing wars, and other difficulties are testing their intelligence and strength. And these people are not alone: from employees to business owners, government officials and homemakers, the responsibility of being at the helm of a group—large or small—can be lightened through prayer. As Jesus put it, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matt. 11:28).

Join this chat to ask your questions about the spiritual nature of leadership and how prayer for our leaders—and willingness to accept your own leadership qualities—can help the world.
