Paul is the founder of Lionheart Consulting. Throughout a coaching process, Paul assists his clients in developing the ability to distinguish between the internal voices of their personality and the divine wisdom and guidance that lies beyond our experience and personal history. His favorite assignments involve multi-year organizational change efforts designed to improve the client's profitability by revitalizing the spirit of the people in the company.
Paul focuses on healing organizations and developing business leaders who are successful without the pain and suffering that is often associated with that success. His greatest joy as a consultant has been to teach leaders how to walk through the world of business motivated by love as opposed to fear.
